We apologize to everyone who showed up at The Evermont on the 22nd. We got the message out late that this is still an active construction site. For clarification, the affordable units have been leased, however they are planning a lottery for the available general affordable units.
Currently, they are accepting applications from case worker referrals (based on contracts with the county) for seniors and adults. Applicants must be part of the PSH process and not just general affordable residents.
