Biography: 2024

Professional Experience

Kimberly was most recently with Cushman & Wakefield and JRT Realty Group (WBE) where she managed and transitioned over 75 million square feet of real estate nationally during her tenure. She is currently Managing Principal for IMPACT Realty Advisors (MBE).  Her most notable transactions include:


  • Sale of 375 Park Avenue, New York – 500,000 sf office building: Represented seller TIAA-CREF 


  • Acquisition of Marymount California University – 24+ acre campus, Palos Verde + 86-unit residential community, San Pedro, California: Represented buyer UCLA - Named Los Angeles Business Journal 2024 Community Impact Deal of the Year


  • Acquisition of The Trust Building, Downtown Los Angeles, - 320,000 sf office building:  Represented buyer UCLA  


  • Achieved $1M in annual service line growth for Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services

Kimberly brings 20 years of extensive experience in the Supplier Diversity space with a unique perspective on inclusive sourcing and access to a robust pipeline of Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), BIPOC developers, emerging managers, capital placement agents and investment partners.  


Kimberly is powered by a network of investment sales brokerage professionals with an emphasis on IMPACT investment in re-emerging local and national markets, Opportunity Zones, equitable development, access to capital, MWBE engagement and Community Solar.

Community Leadership

As a catalyst and servant-leader, Kimberly’s commitment to ESG initiatives is reflected in her mission- driven work with local and national industry trade associations, community-based organizations (CBO), and social impact organizations. Her work represents impact investment in historically overlooked communities now experiencing a surge in investment. She has been named “2023 Commercial Real Estate Woman of the Year” by NAIOP So Cal and CREW Los Angeles, and a Leader of Influence-Nonprofit by the Los Angeles Business Journal.


Kimberly is personally branded around bridging the equity gap in commercial real estate and urban communities - including social, health, wealth, capital, environmental, climate and energy.  She is a recognized leader in Community Solar - bringing solar to energy-burdened communities while supporting local green initiatives. 

African American Real Estate Professionals LA (AAREP LA)

  

Kimberly's leadership as President of the African American Real Estate Professionals Los Angeles Chapter (“AAREPLA”) and the forward face of the AAREP National Network of chapters reflects the intersection of the CRE industry and these communities. 


AAREP is a national network of chapters developed to support Black commercial real estate professionals is catalyzing the access to institutional transactions and capital. The organization’s activities mobilize developers, investment and asset managers, brokers, property managers, architects, and finance and law professionals in building relationships and obtaining the resources.
