Carlton Jenkins has served as a Founder, Chairman, CEO, President Director and Advisor in multiple business sectors. Today, Carlton serves as President of MJC Partners, a Los Angeles based Investment Banking firm providing M&A, Strategic Consulting and Capital Markets related services to financial services firms.

David Morrison

David Morrison

David Morrison

David is the Chief Technology Officer for Urban Design Center and HIP.  He leads the technology integration processes and brand management for all  software platforms ensuring that both companies remain at the forefront of industry advancements.  


Armed with a degree in mathematics and statistics from Clark University, David's foundational expertise equips him with a unique perspective on economic drivers and emerging technology trends essential in curating market data for HIP's ventures.

Gabe is HIP's Investment Associate developing pro forma and market analysis for portfolio acquisitions and development ventures.  Previously, Gabe served as a senior analyst at MJC Partners covering M&A services, valuation, and debt & equity capital raising for financial institutions across the US.  


Gabe is licensed as a registered representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and currently holds his Series 79 license. Gabe is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Kaia Brown

Kaia Brown

Kaia interns at Cushman & Wakefield as a Property Administrator performing lease administration functions in Yardi.  


As an intern for HIP, Kaia performs data input for deal analysis including market trends and economic conditions impacting real estate and capital markets.


Kaia is currently a junior at the University of Hawaii, Manoa as a Business major with an emphasis in management.  She is a member of the African American Real Estate Professionals’ Next Gen network.
